THE ZR MASTER REPUTATION
Real reviews. Across the web.
One company. Two service regions. A combined look at reviews for our Sacramento and Bay Area profiles.
Current-location profiles · Checked November 1, 2026 · Source breakdown below
See the sources & how we count
This summary covers the sources displayed above, rather than every review platform. The rating is a review-count-weighted average of those published platform scores, rounded to one decimal. All ratings in each included source total are used, including lower ratings. Counts are published review entries, not unique customers.
| Profile | Score / 5 | Published | Counted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google · Sacramento Area | 4.9 | 266 | 266 |
| Google · Bay Area | 5 | 23 | 23 |
| Housecall Pro | 4.6 | 21 | 21 |
| Better Business Bureau | 4.88 | 67 | 67 |
| Angi / HomeAdvisor | 5 | 20 | 15 |
- Housecall Pro: Full native review count and score, including lower ratings. The testimonial widget is a selected collection.
- Better Business Bureau: Customer-review score, not the BBB letter grade. The corporate profile covers both locations and is counted once.
- Angi / HomeAdvisor: One shared dataset. Five entries explicitly labelled Google Review are already represented in Google and are excluded here. The remaining 15 are all rated 5/5.
Historical closed or out-of-region profiles and sources whose current totals could not be verified are outside this snapshot. Angi and HomeAdvisor are counted as one dataset; the five identified Google imports are excluded from its contribution. Customers may independently review us on more than one platform.
Clear pricing. Your choice.
Free Diagnostic With Repair
Our $75 service call and diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair for that appliance. You pay for the repair labor and parts.
One Visit. Multiple Appliances.
Have more than one appliance that needs attention? Save on additional diagnostics during the same visit at the same address.
| Appliance | Fee |
|---|---|
| First appliance | $75 |
| Second appliance | $49 |
| Third appliance | $39 |
| Fourth and each subsequent appliance | $29 |
Approving one repair does not waive diagnostic fees for the other appliances. If you decline a repair, that appliance’s diagnostic fee still applies.
Example: We diagnose two appliances and you approve only the first repair. The first diagnostic fee is waived; the second appliance’s $49 diagnostic fee still applies.
Preventive Appliance Inspections
Your appliance doesn’t have to break down before it deserves attention. A preventive inspection helps identify maintenance needs while it’s still working normally.
Approving maintenance for one appliance does not waive inspection fees for the others.
Inspection or diagnosis? Preventive inspections are for appliances operating normally with no reported problems. A malfunction or specific complaint requires diagnosis at the diagnostic rates listed here.
Fault found during a preventive inspection?
The $20 inspection fee is replaced by the applicable diagnostic fee for that appliance in the table above. The two fees are never added together. For the first appliance, diagnosis costs $75 total, not $95.
If you approve the repair for that appliance, we waive its diagnostic fee. There is no separate $20 inspection charge; you pay for repair labor and parts.
Don’t forget your dryer vent. Lint buildup can restrict airflow and increase fire risk. Regular dryer-vent cleaning is an important part of appliance care.

What’s Wrong With Your Appliance?
How urgent it is, what you can check yourself, and when to call.
Fridge not cooling
Food spoils within hours. Check the temperature setting and condenser coils.
Gas smell from stove or oven
Leave immediately. From a safe distance outside, call 911, then PG&E at 1-800-743-5000. Do not use phones, switches, flames or vehicles near the suspected leak.
Dryer smells like burning
Often lint in the vent or a failing heater — a fire risk.
Washer leaking or not draining
Clean the drain filter and check the hose before the next load.
Dishwasher not draining
Clean the filter and run the disposal. Usually can wait a day.
AC blowing warm air
Replace the filter and check the breaker. Hot days fill up fast.
Oven not heating
Bake element, igniter or temperature sensor are the usual causes.
Ice maker not making ice
Check the water filter and that the freezer is at 0–5°F.
